I made an enquiry about the availability of these shoes in a different size shown online. Initially, I was informed that they were out of stock but Lisa in Customer Services said that she would check the warehouse for me. I was delighted when she got back in touch the same day to say that she had managed to find my size and made them available online straightaway. I placed an order and the shoes were with me two days later. Amazing service - thank you. The shoes are as described and fit perfectly.

RETURNS
