As of 20th January 2017, your order from Katz Dancewear can no longer be returned for exchange

Should you wish to return your item for an alternative, please return your original choice for a refund, and you are then welcome to place a new order for your required item. Your refund will be issued upon the return of your order, however you do not have to wait until this has been processed to re-order - you are very welcome to place your new order at any time convenience to you! 


Please  return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. to the below address. Please include your returns note stating your name, order number and reason for return.

If you do not have a returns note, then please do not worry, you can include a note inside your parcel stating all of the above mentioned information.


If you are returning your item(s) due to a sizing issue or simply a change of mind, you will need to cover the return postage cost. If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty or incorrectly-sent item, please return the order to us by second class tracked post and email us a copy of the proof of postage receipt, and we will gladly reimburse this cost to you via PayPal.

Should you receive a faulty, or incorrectly-sent item, please contact us immediately and we will be only too happy to rectify matters for you. Please note that we do not refund original postage costs for items being returned due to a change of mind.


Please note that we cannot accept returned orders if:
 
  • Any garments, shoes or accessories have been worn, laundered, or are marked/dirty. All items MUST be returned in their original condition.
  • Items returned long past the 14-day returns period. 
  • Please note that if any items are returned to us without their packaging, then a £2.50 charge will be made (being deducted from the refund) as a repackaging fee. This is clearly stated on our returns note. 

Refunds will be issued once the item has arrived back to us and has been processed through our returns department (we will email you as soon as your order reaches our returns office). 
We strongly recommend you use a tracked postage option when returning the goods as proof of return.
