All sizes for garments and footwear are in UK sizes.
We warmly welcome you to place your order here on our website, or alternatively, over the telephone on 01832 735181, using your accepted credit or debit card. Please note that we do not accept American Express.
We aim to send dispatch orders within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when we are closed, and of course subject to stock availability. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Tracked, Royal Mail Special Delivery, or Parcel Force 24 Hour Courier, depending on the weight and size of your consignment, and the method you have chosen when ordering. If any part of your order is out of stock we will notify you immediately and advise of the expected delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates.
If you are choosing an express delivery method for an urgent order (Special Delivery or Parcel Force), please add a telephone number to your order notes, so that can contact you immediately in the event of any issues with your order.
We welcome you to pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit cards. Please note we do not accept American Express.
Payment processing is handled by PayPal Pro. Your card details are encrypted while communicating with PayPal and no card details are stored.
We will send email confirmations of your order status and may send marketing emails notifying you of new products and offers. You can choose to unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We will not pass on your email address to any third parties.
Your card will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling.
You may return goods sold by Katz Dancewear within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
We do charge for return postage unless they are faulty or incorrectly-sent.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.
Any item that has been worn and/or laundered.
Any item that has been defaced or personalised.
Items returned 14 days after delivery
All returned items must be in the original condition and including all packaging otherwise a refund cannot be processed.
Refunds will be issued as soon as the order is received back. We will email you as soon as your item reaches us. We advise using a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost. This is of course however your personal choice and you are welcome to use the cheapest method available if you prefer.
Please complete the returns form enclosed within your order so that we can find your details as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are unable to arrange exchanges. If you've ordered with us and wish to receive a different item, size or colour, please return your order to us and a refund will be issued. We then warmly welcome you to place a new order for your required item(s).
