You may return goods sold by Topline within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately, we no longer arrange exchanges.
However, all you need to do is return the unsuitable item to us for a full
refund, and then place a new order for the replacement item you require.
Please return the item and returns note to: Website Returns, Katz Dancewear Ltd, 20
Midland Road, Thrapston, Northants, NN14 4JR. We will then email you when
your order arrives back at our returns department.
If you have any questions regarding this

Please be aware that we do not refund the postage to send items back to us unless they are faulty.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is worn, damaged, or has missing parts.
Any footwear or accessories that have been worn.
All returned items must be in their original condition and including all packaging otherwise a refund cannot be issued.
Refunds will be issued as soon as an order reaches our returns office, and the customer will be notified of its processing via Email confirmation.
We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
